Larisa Lopatko, FNP-C, is a compassionate and highly skilled board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades of clinical experience, dedicated to helping people feel healthier, more energetic, and live longer. She blends conventional medical expertise with an integrative functional medicine approach to uncover the root causes of chronic conditions and promote long-term wellness and longevity. With a strong background in primary care and functional medicine, she is experienced in managing both acute and chronic health concerns while creating individualized, comprehensive care plans.

She has completed advanced education through the School of Applied Functional Medicine (SAFM), holds certification from the Integrative Dermatology Symposium (IDS), and has pursued specialized women’s health training through the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine (PIM), and other professional programs. Drawing on her own autoimmune health journey, she offers a thoughtful, personalized approach that empowers patients to make sustainable, meaningful improvements.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the Colorado mountains and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

Maridela Siethoff, NBC-HWC, MCHC is a national board-certified Master Health Coach. Her mission is to empower individuals to reclaim their vitality, cultivate resilience, and embrace a life of sustained well-being. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based lifestyle practices and mindful habit formation to help you create sustainable health habits. Drawing upon formal training and certification in behavioral change strategies, functional medicine, and over 7 years of client-centered practice, she has guided hundreds of clients toward measurable, lasting transformations. Her clients often share feeling more energized, confident and in control of their health than ever before.

Beyond her practice, you will find Maridela hiking the open spaces of Colorado or propagating plants for her home garden oasis.

Location and Hours

We see patients in person in our office in Lafayette, located at 1120 W South Boulder Rd, Suite 101G, with easy access from Boulder, Broomfield, Eerie, Longmont, Thornton, Westminster, and Denver.

Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, by appointment only. Members get access to extended hours, when required.
